A single bowl, a few basic ingredients and a frying pan are all you need to make this delicious chocolate chip cookie!
We've had a pan in our kitchen for as long as I can remember, but it's one of those things that I never seem to use very often. So I decided it was time to change that! And since I love my desserts, I decided to try a pan-fried cookie recipe.
It's a great dessert to make at the last minute, because you just need a few basic cooking ingredients that are probably already in the pantry. In addition, cleaning is super easy because all the ingredients are mixed in one bowl! Serve a slice of cookie with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream and you have an American dessert that your guests will love! Simple, sweet and delicious to eat!
Ingredients
- 1/3 c melted butter
- 1 1/4 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar and eggs.
- Stir in flour, baking powder and salt, mix well.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Roll out the dough in a well-greased pan.
- Bake 25 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let the pan cool slightly before cutting it into slices.
