  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

    Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Crema

For the slaw:

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the avocado crema:

  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with the olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
