Easy Baked Brie with Fig Jam and Walnuts

Oven brie with fig jam is a heavenly delight!
If you haven't tried this appetizer yet, you should now!
Especially if you're a fan of cheese dip with brie and platters of charcuterie.

Ingredients

  • For the brie in the oven
  • 1 wheel of Brie
  • FIG jam
  • Nuts
  • Serve with:
  • crackers
  • Bread
  • Pita chips
  • Apple slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place a baking sheet on the baking sheet. Place your whole brie cheese on the baking sheet.
  3. Spread the fig jam over the cheese on top (as shown in the video). Sprinkle some lightly crushed nuts over the fig jam.
  4. Bake the brie with jam and nuts for about 10 to 12 minutes in the oven.
  5. Take the cheese from the baking sheet and place it in a serving platter with crackers, bread and fruit.
  6. Cut into the cheese and the inner core will come out.
