This super easy recipe for blueberry pancakes, with glitter, is sure to make everyone smile for breakfast!
We have a pancake monster in our house. The little guy is all about pancakes for breakfast. He would probably eat them at every meal if left! So, to celebrate National Blueberry Pancake Day, I made delicious blueberry pancakes for the family.Ingredients
- pancake mixer
- 1 cup blueberries
- sprinkles
Directions
- Following the instructions on the pancake mix, add the necessary ingredients and mix in a large bowl. Fold the blueberries. Add a few (or more) glitter shakes and mix. Using a ladle, place the pancake mixture on the hot plate. Turn the pancakes over after they start to bubble a little. Serve with syrup and butter or garnish with powdered sugar.
