Five Minute Fudge Christmas Cookies Recipe

Five Minute Fudge Christmas Cookies Recipe

This five-minute fudge recipe uses only four ingredients and is a delicious treat to make for the holiday season! Super simple to do - no cooking required!

One of my favorite things about the vacation is all the delicious and delicious treats. Sure, I love spending time with my family and enjoying the general Christmas festivities, but I love these treats.

Fudge is at the top of the list. When we were younger, my mom always made a fudge with Christmas cookies. So I came to associate the fudge with the holidays because it rarely succeeded at any other time of the year.

Supplies

  • mixing bowl
  • rubber spatula or spoon
  • wax paper
  • frying pan

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Sweet Chocolate Concentrated Milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup peppermint candy

Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a microwave-safe mixing bowl. Heat for 30 seconds then mix with a rubber spatula. Continue until the mixture is completely melted and well mixed. It will depend on the duration of your microwave, but it only took me about two minutes.
  2. Line a baking dish with waxed paper and pour in the chocolate fondant mixture. Sprinkle with peppermint crisps to give it a happy holiday look. Let cool in the fridge for about an hour and cut into small pieces to serve. Store the extras in an airtight container.
  3. One product I really like to use for this recipe is the limited edition Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk. The use of chocolate flavor has made this recipe much easier. It has given the fudge a rich, creamy texture with the same quality of product that Eagle Brand consumers have trusted for over 150 years.
  4. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk is a special blend of milk and sugar that can be used as the basis for a variety of desserts. Because of the sugar already present in milk, most recipes do not require any additional sugar. And that makes the desserts even more delicious!
  5. Right now, you can find two limited edition flavors perfect for the holiday season - chocolate and caramel.
  6. I'm already thinking how delicious this recipe would be using caramel flavored condensed milk and adding nuts. One of my other favorite holiday recipes using sweetened condensed milk is Magic Cookie Bars!
