This secret fruit pizza recipe is delicious and flexible too! This dessert can be intended for anyone who tastes it. Choose one or more fruits. Create an easy fruit pizza, just like my mom does. It's a fanciful idea.
Ingredients
COOKIE CRUST
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 4 cups of gluten-free flour can be replaced 1 for 1
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
- CREAM SAUCE
- 1 small container of whipped cream
- 1 small jar of marshmallow cream
- 1 package of cream cheese at room temperature
YOUR FAVORITE FRUIT
Suggestions include blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, kiwi, peaches, tangerines or whatever your heart desires!Instructions
FOR PASTE
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream the butter and sugar in the blender until completely incorporated. Then mix the eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
- In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Or use my mother's trick and just add them on the wet ingredients and mix them before incorporating the wet ingredients into the mixture.
- Once the dough has formed, press it into a cookie sheet until it is fully spread.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
FOR THE SAUCE
- Start by whipping the cream with a mixer or stand mixer until it is fluffy.
- Add the marshmallow cream and cream cheese. Whisk until incorporated. Don't whip.
- Spread on a fully cooled crust and garnish with the fruit of your choice!
