Funfetti Cake Batter Christmas Bites Recipe

These delicious bites of funfetti cake batter are super easy to prepare and taste, just like the dough you "shouldn't" lick from the bowl!

I remember eating funfetti cupcakes when I was a kid and thinking it was the best thing ever… a cupcake full of nuggets inside and out! And to be honest, I still think that even as an adult!

So I thought it would be fun to give them a little touch and make bites of cake batter. They're as delicious as cakes, but because of the thicker dough, they come out more baked like a cookie bar. So all the deliciousness of a cupcake without the crumbs.
