We are big fans of cookies in our house; it is definitely a treat that is cooked (and eaten!) most often. Monster cookies are still a family favorite, with all the delicious blends like M&M and peanut butter, it's a cookie that everyone loves.

We are big fans of cookies in our house; it is definitely a treat that is cooked (and eaten!) most often. Monster cookies are still a family favorite, with all the delicious blends like M&M and peanut butter, it's a cookie that everyone loves.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 3/4 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup M & Ms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream with the softened butter and brown sugar.
- Using a hand mixer on medium speed, fold in the peanut butter, eggs and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in the oats.
- Pour into a large bowl of wet ingredients and mix well on medium speed.
- Stir in M & M's and chocolate chips with a spoon.
- Press the dough into a greased 9 × 13 pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely and cut into squares
