Peanut Butter Cup Dump Easy Meals Cake

Peanut Butter Cup Dump Easy Meals Cake

This peanut butter cupcake requires only four ingredients, making it perfect for a last minute dessert!
Chocolate has been and will always be my weakness.
The chocolate cake is therefore definitely at the top of my list of favorite desserts. So I thought it would be fun to try a dump cake recipe ... and if this is the first time you've heard of a dump cake, its name explains just about everything - you just throw a few ingredients in a bowl and stir. My kind of pastry!

Kitchen supplies

  • mixing bowl
  • large silicone spoon or spatula
  • Cake pan 9 × 13
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • plastic ziplock bag and mallet (for grinding cups of peanut butter)

Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can dry chocolate pudding
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 bag of cups of peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Empty cake mix, pudding mix and milk into a large bowl
  3. Mix thoroughly
  4. Crush the peanut butter cups into small pieces and incorporate them into the dough
  5. Pour into a greased 9 × 13 cake pan
  6. Bake for 30 minutes
  7. Another weakness is cups of peanut butter, so I knew I had to "dump" some of them in this cake. I crowned it with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Looks like I spent a lot of time and work making this cake!
