Chocolate bark is such an easy treat to make when you need a quick dessert for a party or even something to wrap and give as gifts to co-workers. In addition, no cooking is necessary!
In the past, I have made chocolate bark with chocolate chips, but I find that they can be a little melted if they do not stay in the refrigerator and your fingers get a little messy when you eat them. . As I walked the baking aisle at the grocery store, I found something called almond bark. These are chocolate bars intended for fusion. I decided to try them and they are definitely all I will use now when I make chocolate bark recipes!
