Ingredients
For chicken wrap:
- Coleslaw mix 3 cups
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 1/3 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander

- 6 big tortillas
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons unsalted rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tsp 1/2 crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of grated raw inger
- 1 tablespoon
- In a medium bowl, mix the peanut sauce ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, add cabbage, carrots, coriander and peanuts. Pour the sauce into the mixture and stir. Let this sit down while preparing the tortillas and chicken.
- Heat the tortilla in a microwave for about 10 seconds to make it easier to work.
- Separate chicken and coleslaw between each tortilla
- Secure with nail claws as needed.
