Ingredients

For chicken wrap:
  • Coleslaw mix 3 cups
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/3 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 chicken breasts, minced or sliced
  • 6 big tortillas
Peanut sauce:
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tsp 1/2 crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of grated raw inger
  • 1 tablespoon
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the peanut sauce ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl, add cabbage, carrots, coriander and peanuts. Pour the sauce into the mixture and stir. Let this sit down while preparing the tortillas and chicken.
  3. Heat the tortilla in a microwave for about 10 seconds to make it easier to work.
  4. Separate chicken and coleslaw between each tortilla
  5. Secure with nail claws as needed.
