Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Cut the bottom off each strawberry to create a flat surface.
  2. Cut the top of each strawberry off, just enough to create a flat top.
  3. Use a paring knife to cut a small circle in the top of each strawberry to create the "hat."
  4. Fill a piping bag or plastic bag with the vanilla Greek yogurt.
  5. Pipe a small amount of yogurt onto the bottom of each strawberry.
  6. Place a blueberry on top of the yogurt, then pipe a small amount of yogurt on top of the blueberry.
  7. Place the "hat" on top of the yogurt, pressing gently to secure it in place.
  8. Repeat with remaining strawberries.
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Note: You can use any flavor of Greek yogurt that you prefer. You can also use a toothpick to secure the "hat" in place if needed. Enjoy!
