- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 12 slices of mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the meat mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until browned on all sides.
