- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

- In a separate bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
- Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can result in tough muffins.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve and enjoy!
Note: You can add nuts or chocolate chips to the batter if you like. You can also sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar on top of the muffins before baking for a little extra sweetness and crunch.
