- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x20 inch rectangle.
- Cut the rectangle into 24 equal pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and black pepper.
