Ingredients:

For the Salad:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped

For the Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the ground beef and stir until well combined. Set aside.
