Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 6 low-carb tortillas
- 6 tostada shells
- 1 cup nacho cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions:
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and crumbled.
- Add the taco seasoning and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the beef is fully coated in the seasoning.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
- Preheat a griddle or a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place one low-carb tortilla on the griddle or skillet and top it with a tostada shell in the center.
