Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese, cut in half

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, pesto, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  5. Top with the sliced mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
