Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets, skin-on
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a plate or cutting board.
