Ingredients for cake:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Ingredients for cinnamon filling:

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Ingredients for cream cheese frosting:

  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until smooth.
